This place is Fired-Up

I went to this awesome place call Fired-Up Nutrition. This place serves smoothies and teas, I got the Shark bite tea and an Oreo smoothie. The Shark bite is cherry blue raspberry flavored(it tastes like a sweet tart),

Here is what is in the smoothie

300 calories or less

24g protein

18g carbs

It is recommended that you drink your smoothie and tea at the same time because it will give you a boost of metabolism(it sure did for me) While I was there I found out the server was the owner, we had a good talk, she said her and her family loved making smoothies, even her daughter would always be making smoothies for her friends. The owner's name is Melissa and her husband Kyle. I got to take pictures with her, they have a super cool mural in their cafe.

I also forgot to mention that the smoothies taste like ice cream, now does that make want to come here?

I never thought an Oreo smoothie could exist, and now I know.
