How It Got Started

It all started with watching Food Network and working on my family's food truck, Zacchi. I would be amazed at all the different recipes people came up with on Chopped and Guy's Grocery Games. I decided I wanted to do that on my own. I have been cooking Jordanian food for years and I wanted to try something new. Ever since then I have been dreaming of becoming a food critic.
