Today I made two smoothies one berry and one tropical.
Cherry Berry smoothie recipe:
3/4 of a banana
1 1/2 cup of cherry berry frozen fruit blend
1 scoop of Quest salted caramel powder
1 scoop of Collagen Peptides (optional)
1/3 cup oatmilk
Tropical smoothie recipe:
3/4 of a banana
1 1/2 cup of tropical frozen fruit blend (pineapple, coconut, mango, and papaya)
1 scoop of Quest peanut butter powder
1 scoop of Collagen Peptides (optional)
1/3 cup almond milk
The cherry berry smoothie had a weird taste to it. I didn't know that salted caramel and berries are so good together.
