Mothers Day

Happy belated Mothers Day! Have you shown your mother some love? If you haven’t, you should get to that right away. Let me tell you what we did for my mom, we went to Billy G’s! it was so good I had to blog about it.

I got the Ravioli Prosciutto. I always loved Ravioli, especially Chef Boyardee’s ravioli. Ah, those good ol’ days with Chef Boyardee. Anyways, the ravioli was covered in a Parmesan cream sauce, with mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli and prosciutto. It was a new taste, doesn’t mean it was bad, it was something new that I enjoyed.

My mom had the Tutto Mare.

Tutto Mare is noodles with shrimp, mussels, and scallops sautéed in olive oil, white wine, and garlic. My mom said it was fantastic. It was my first time trying a mussel, it was weird.

My dad ordered a half rack of ribs, I didn't get to taste them, but they looked very tender. He also had a side of mac & cheese, coleslaw, and cornbread. I tasted the mac & cheese and it was amazing.

My sister got the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. Doesn't that look delicious? I wish I could've gotten a bite of that.

Billy G's for Mothers Day was an absolute hit! We did other stuff for her, but that isn't important cause this is a food blog.
