One day at the library I was looking around for any normal book when I found this!

A Ninja turtles cookbook! What makes it even better is that it's full of pizza!
It was hard to pick one recipe, so I went with something easy since i'm new to baking.
I decided to go with the recipe Four Cheese for Four bros.
Recipe
First lets make our dough.
One-hour dough
Ingredients: Instructions:
3 1/3 cups flour 1. In a large bowl, stir the flour, salt, sugar, and
1 1/2 tsp salt yeast together.
1 tsp sugar 2. Pour in the water and mix till the dough just
1 1/2 tsp of rapid rise dry yeast starts to come together into a ball and pulls
1 1/2 cups of water away from the sides of the bowl. If the dough
Olive oil is too dry then add water, if its too wet then add
some flour.
3. Rub the inside of a large clean mixing bowl
with olive oil, place the dough ball in the oiled
bowl and turn it to coat the ball with oil.
Cover the bowl in plastic wrap and let the
dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
(the dough should double in size)
4. After the dough is done rising, punch it
down, divide into two equal pieces, and
and shape each piece into a ball.
5. Cover the dough balls with a damp
kitchen towel and let them rest for at
least 10 minutes.

baking sheet to the stone in the oven.
7. Bake the pizza for 8 to 15 minutes
until the crust is golden brown and cheese
is beginning to blister.
8. Remove pizza from oven, drizzle with
some leftover of the garlic oil, and sprinkle
with parsley. let it sit for 5 minutes, then...
9. ENJOY!
Here is how my pizza turned out, doesn't look as good as the picture in the cookbook, but it still tastes great!

Even my family loved it!
Note: I made this pizza a second time and put like a mountain of cheese on it, the cheese burned which caused the pizza to not cook so well. So don't do what I did.
Even in these pictures the pizza was also a bit under cooked, I only put it in for 8 minutes, so I recommend baking it for 10 minutes. I think it'll come out perfect.
I just realized that I forgot to put on parsley.

Anywho, if you are a cheeseaholic and you love garlic, you'll love this pizza.
I had fun making this pizza and hopefully you did too.
See ya'll next time! Don't forget to like, share and subscribe!
