Is the name my dad came up for this. One night, me and my dad invented this recipe from scratch and had lots of fun making it. Lets get to it!

Recipe:

2 packs of Chuka Soba noodles

8 pieces of bacon or more

1 yellow onion

3 cloves of garlic

1 cup of broccoli

1 cup of baby carrots

1 Tbsp fresh ginger

1 small serrano pepper

1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk

2 Tbsp sesame oil

Instructions:

Saute the onions in sesame oil, the add garlic, ginger, carrots and broccoli.

Add the condensed milk and 4 cups of water and seasonings: 1 teaspoon Chili powder, pinch of cumin, Tbsp soy sauce, Tbsp worcestershire sauce. Stir until it boils, afetr it boils turn the heat down and let simmer for 20 minutes. When it's almost done simmering cook the bacon.

While it's simmering, start boiling some water for the noodles, drop the noodles in the water, let boil for 2-3 minutes.

Once both the noodles and the broth is done, strain and season the noodles with sesame seeds and sesame oil.

Put some noodles in a bowl and pour some broth on top. Enjoy!

Extra toppings: Avocado, cilantro, radishes and red onion.
