Shrimp Tacos

I love tacos! I also love shrimp, so those two things together is like heaven on a plate. I saw this recipe and I HAD to make it, there is a few tweaks though (I'm not trying to copy off of people). I made this for my family and they absolutely loved it! I wish I could eat this all the time. All said, let's get cooking!
Recipe:
I batch of cilantro lime slaw:
I bag of cole slaw mix
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup cilantro
1 teaspoon freshly-squeezed lime
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 green onions
Instructions (cilantro lime slaw):
Put the Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, salt and green onions in a blender.
Place the cole slaw mix in a bowl, Pour the sauce over the cole slaw and mix.
1 pound of large shrimp, peeled
2 tablespoons of taco seasoning
pinch of salt and pepper
10 or so tortillas
2 thinly sliced avocados
Chipotle Sauce
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce or 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions: Put all the ingredients in a blender, pulse until thick and creamy.
Instructions for Tacos:
Prep the lime slaw and chipotle sauce.
Saute the shrimp. Put a bit of oil on a sauce pan and the shrimp with it, also the taco seasoning. Plus a pinch of salt. Cook on medium-high heat, stir the shrimp until evenly coated. Cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes. Once done, place on a plate and set aside.
Assemble the tacos. Fill each tortilla with a few shrimp, generous amount of slaw, few slices of avocado and a drizzle of the chipotle sauce.
