Food Truck Friday

Hello and greetings to my loyal followers. Yesterday me and my family were working on our food truck in Farmington. They have Food Truck Fridays there with about 10 or so trucks. Since there were so many other trucks, my food blogger self had to try out a couple. I went to The Lunch Lady and Musthave Macarons.

I got two sandwiches from the Lunch Lady, a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. The cheeseburger was HUGE. It was sooo cheesy, look at that cheese dripping right there!

The chicken sandwich was very crispy and spicy. The coleslaw they put on there was the perfect addition, it made the sandwich amazing.

I got a half dozen macarons from Musthave Macarons. These are my favorite kind of cookies, so when I see the opportunity to get some I take it. These did not disappoint, they were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Besides macarons, they also had boba tea, I haven't had boba in forever, it was refreshing.
